Deploy CODY properly.

Choose a path based on where you are running the bot. These pages are structured for repeatable deployments instead of copy-pasting a single command and hoping the process stays alive.

01 / production

VPS / Linux guide

Recommended for 24/7 operation and the most control.

Update the server and install essentials

Use an Ubuntu VPS, then install Git, Node.js, and a process manager.

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo apt install -y git curl

Clone CODY and install dependencies

Keep the repository in a dedicated application directory.

git clone https://github.com/crysnovax/CODY.git
cd CODY && npm install

Configure secrets, then run with PM2

Never commit bot tokens or API keys. Use environment variables or a protected `.env` file.

npm install -g pm2
pm2 start index.js --name cody
pm2 save && pm2 startup

Render

Connect the GitHub repository, set npm install as the build command, and node index.js as the start command.

Free panels

Use the panel deployment flow when you need a simple control panel. Keep secrets in the panel environment settings.

Termux

For Android development: install Node.js and Git, clone the repo, then use tmux for a persistent process.

pkg update -y
pkg install nodejs-lts git tmux -y
